
Todd was F&B Director for Wolf Creek Golf Resort prior to his co-ownership of Bistro 258 on Historic 25th Street in Ogden, Utah. Todd’s California roots and hands-on approach have resulted in making Bistro 258 one of Ogden’s most popular destinations. He attributes his love of cooking and restaurants to his early college days, training as a line cook. He was hooked from the start, and says his education was born of long hours, great cookbooks, and creative mistakes.
