
Sara ToliverThe Vice President of Chapelle, Ltd., Sara Toliver co-owns and oversees three retail stores located on Historic 25th Street in Ogden. She has also authored two bestselling books and has coauthored two others.

Along with her mother Jo Packham, Sara is the co-owner of the Ogden-based retail stores Ruby & Begonia, The White Fig, and Olive & Dahlia. Ruby & Begonia, a retail gift and home decor establishment, is “an embarrassment of riches” and was a back-to-back recipient of the Gifts & Decorative Accessories Retailer Excellence Awards,
winning the 2002 Gold Award for Excellence in Visual Marketing, and the 2003 Gold Award for Excellence in Community Service. The White Fig, “A Most Unusual Gift Basket Company,” is her second store and Olive & Dahlia, “Garden beyond essential. Beauty beyond reason.” is her third retail venture.
At Chapelle, Ltd., Sara, who received her MBA in 2003, is the Marketing/Advertising Director and designs the companies’ websites. For the three retail stores, she oversees the managerial and financial aspects as well as all ordering, merchandising, and in-store events.
Sara is also deeply committed to the community in which she lives and works. She serves as Vice President of Historic 25, Cochair of the annual Harvest Moon Celebration,
a board member of Downtown Ogden, Inc., a member of Women in Business, and a member of the Jr. League of Ogden. Through these organizations and many others, Sara donates hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise every month and hundreds of hours for numerous Ogden events in addition to donating all of the photography, graphic, and editorial work for the advertising of the Historic 25 members. Gift baskets, gifts, and table decorations are donated from the retail establishments to approximately forty nonprofit organizations per year in the Ogden area.
