WomenCreate will be held on Historic 25th Street located in the heart of downtown Ogden. Home of award-winning publisher Chapelle, Ltd., Historic 25th Street is inviting and magical with a veritable treasure chest of boutiques, antique galleries, cafes, and pubs as well as clubs that host jazz, blues, and comedy. Restaurants along the street provide a mixture of contemporary, traditional, and ethnic cuisine. It is also home to the film set of Warner Brothers network’s Everwood.
With Utah’s innate warm and welcoming spirit manifested in the 2002 Winter Olympics, this amiable city is the ideal location for WomenCreate. Ogden is delighted to welcome with open arms creative women and artisans from across the country. Ogden City Corporation and Mayor Matthew Godfrey are proud to host an event of this magnitude and eminence, and are actively involved in ensuring the success of WomenCreate. The city has given greatly of its funds, resources, and the time and efforts of its staff. In addition, the Ogden Convention and Visitors Bureau has generously dedicated half of its budget to the event, and is excited to embrace so many guests with Ogden’s charming offerings, warm hospitality, and innate friendly spirit.
